Can there be a feature, for when someone breaks the word filters, it goes to a admin for review? Like say, if the word "the" was censored, and i say it in my post, or personal message, it would go to the report section of the admin area, and have the options a reported post has. Staff Discussion, Ban and warn, etc.

Alright just a few thoughts... First, you really like to monitor your members. Yesterday's post approval feature and now this. Second, even if we were to add a reporting system to censored words we wouldn't let it report things said in PMs. Third, this again seems a bit excessive. The point of censored words is to censor the thing said. Thereby making them not bad. The person didn't actually say anything wrong. Sure they may have intended to. But you already cut them off at the pass. You already moderated the situation. Lastly, the giant problem I see with this is another big brother issue, just like yesterday. I could add a whole list of things to the censored words list and just have the same word be the replacement. Then I could just sit back in the admin area and monitor as they talked about any subject I do or don't like. I could add my name to see if anyone was talking about me (especially if this was scanning PMs, which the current censored words does censor). Just a lot of privacy issues overall. If you really wanted to see if anyone had said certain things you could use the search system, which does a full word search. I realize this isn't as automatic as a system that reports anytime a member says a word to you, but we really think it's a bit much for a built in feature. It was also suggested by our dev Michael Hill, that you could possibly have a plugin built that could detect words on the page and then flag the post and thread. Then your staff would see the flagged posts as they browsed the forum. Just an idea.
