Version 2.0.0 is now available.

Complete rewrite..

No longer uses local/sessionStorage
Uses pb.data to get info hopefully making it more compatible with more layouts
Comments, when installed, are now editable by staff and gallery owner if selected
+ a few small fixes no-one new about.

One of my admins is having trouble posting in the gallery. Anytime she clicks "add image" instead of posting, it just takes her back to the top of that page

Hi. I'm somewhat new to ProBoards and being an Admin of HartToHartHaven.com. I just added the Member Gallery Plugin, which is great, but I don't seem to have the ability to edit any of the information I added to the posting areas of the photos  I've added, for possible typos, etc. When I click the Edit button, I just see my forum banner and the ProBoards footer. I can edit all the regular posts on the forum so I'm not sure if there's a setting or something I have wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a javascript error. You haven't given any information to solve your problem though. Where's the details? The forum url, the user that reported it, what plugins are you using, is the plugin at the bottom of your list, what version of the plugin are you running, does this problem happen to you too or just him etc etc

I assume you are using version 2.0.0?

You should be able to edit your entries, what browser are you using?

I assume you are using version 2.0.0?

Yes, I added version 2.0.0 yesterday. I still am not able to edit the entries. I'm using Firefox as my browser.

Can you please leave a link to your Gallery and make sure it's viewable to guests. Thanks.

Mine is working just fine, BUT, it does look like you describe:

1 - Click 'edit' above the image that you want to alter the text - the post being edited is moved to the top of the page under the banner, which is what you are seeing.

2 - using the image slider (NOT the main slider on the far right), slide down to the text to be edited. Click in the text and start editing as normal.

3 - when done, hit 'save changes'.

What I think might be fooling you, is; there are two sliders in edit mode and secondly, the text does not look like it is in edit mode, there is no edit window, which is what you are probably expecting.

Thanks for trying to help, Dave, but, no, I'm not seeing the post to be edited moving to the top of the page under the banner. After I click the Edit button for the image in the gallery, it completely disappears, and all I see on the page is my banner with the ProBoards info that's normally at the bottom of the forum pages directly under the banner. The rest of the page is blank. There is no scroll bar/image slider at all on the page. There is no image. There is no text. No Save Changes button. Just nothing.

After installing this on my forum, the Action and Select menus on the "Members' galleries" board have changed to only, 'Create Gallery' even after one has been created. Also when I try to edit my gallery post, it totally vanishes, like jenniferhart is describing.

ps. On the Violette Maison du Violette forum. I created a gallery and now can't add anything to it.
