So would it be possible to get the ability to have an autoform in an autoform in the plugin section? If so that would be really awesome. Thanks!

The logistics of that are insane to say the least. That being said, I will add it to our list of potential future ideas. No promises.

I second this. and if not this, then at least the ability to use an autoform from a different tab AS a variable in a drop down.

That's fine to second it, but like I said it reaches an insane level of management to autoform inside an autoform. There's been features we changed just because we couldn't accommodate this ourselves within the admin area itself. I think the group page may have originally been planed to have autoformception.

Ryan Rooswhat if it could do a finite level of formception? like maybe 3. no more then 3 levels allowed (like the old quoting system was).

For now it's one level. Like I said, someday maybe we can do more. It gets pretty insane to have a list that generates more fields inside a list that generates more fields inside a list that generates more fields. The old quote system is nothing compared to asking for an infinite spawning list to be placed inside of another infinite spawning list to be placed inside another infinite spawning list. Nested quotes 3 levels deep is easy in comparison. That's not even the same thing at all. That's just placing the proper BBCode around the proper text in the post editor. Nesting autoforms is like asking for us to place a bag of holding inside another bag of holding inside another bag of holding. In case you aren't familiar Bag of Holding. I'm not sure how else to explain why this is so complex right now and that we don't have the time to deal with it.

how DARE you ask if I am familiar with a bag of holding!
ROLL save vs fire for that! and you better have a low AC
the only reason we ask, is because the ability to have multidimensional arrays was always something we could access in regular JS. since being able to define variables that the end-user can access has gone the way of plugin inputs, we have lost that complexity. granted it is great we can now have access to things like full member lists and board lists data we didnt before, but coders are always going to look for more because we are greedy.
how about the ability to access the DATA of one autoform as an input of another? like if you have autoform A, and autoform B, and autoform B has a dropdown of all the saved entries of autoform A? so you would really be nesting NEW information, you would just be linking from one array to another.
