Color smear hasn't changed in a long time, so if that suddenly stopped working, either your template changed or another plugin is killing it.

Just to let you know, this plugin clashes with Todge's Awards plugin when admin have set the Awards to just be a link in mini profile. This has hopefully been fixed in the latest version of the Awards plugin. |

Hi, Wormopolis, hope you're well. 
I just noticed that the Color Smear is no longer working in my Nav Bar or Nav Tree Dropdown. It did at one time. I have the box ticked for that option in the settings. Any idea what happened?

and you didnt make any changes to the navbar in the templates right?
I actually see it working on the navbar itself, just not the dropdown parts

No, changes, Wormopolis. And yes, correct. In the Nav Bar itself it is still working, but not in the Dropdown. The reason I remember that the dropdown once showed "smeared" was I had to change some of the "highlight" background when I added your plugin because the colors I chose for the smear weren't showing up when hovering. And today's default theme was one where it had to be changed and now changed back because there is no more color smeared dropdown board titles.  |

Well I just went and checked on the one in the test board and it wasnt either. somewhere along the way the URL in dropdowns was changed to a full url instead of a relative one

Thanks, Wormopolis. I went to my test forum, too, where I know I haven't made any changes for at least 6 months, and they weren't smeared there either.
Will I have to put all of the settings back in? Or will it maintain the data and I'll just have to import the new version? |
