Could someone point me in the direction of a good website for buttons please?

At this point, for me, template modification is too time consuming. I have far too many themes to make it do-able.

I didn't see a button option. 

But I do love this plug-in, Wormo. You really bring some nice creativity with your codes that brighten the boards. I love the faux weather generator, too!

I wish PB still listed the author's name in the manage section of the plug-in area. It's difficult to remember who did what.

@ritab, when the button function is working, let me check it out. I'll be happy to assist if I can.

I installed this plugin on my test forum, but it didn't work in posts….. because I didn't have a button to link to.

I probably won't install this on my main forum - my members are a bit old for gimmicks!

you dont need a button for it to work in posts, you can still surround text with smear tags:

[smear:FF0000]This is some text to smear[/smear:00FF00]


the button used to just pop up a helper div that let you enter values and it would construct the tags for you. I never got it work on selected text though like other tags. I was trying to figure out what todge did with spoiler tags but he is smarter then me.

The tags would be too difficult for my members - a button would be much easier for them. I might just use this plugin for member groups/staff.

I've tried it out on my test forum - but it's changed my display name from Rita to Riia……

I've not used it in posts. I love the look of the board titles smeared. Gives a really nice look and breaks up the monotony. And the custom titles and group / display names are a nice way of personalizing for your members.

I don't worry about posts. Everyone can change colors if they choose and they rarely do that. Todge's Palette plug-in is nice because you can save your faves in it. I think that's enough for most of my members. 

Additionally, with the BBCode editor you can add your own background image to customize your posting style (which I love doing) but no one else does.
