I would say that that's the way your browser is rendering the images. But could you leave a link to your forum so I can take a look please.

Hey, I love this plugin so much. However, I have just one issue: no matter what I set the awards size to, some items randomly become a lot larger and blur a bit because of it. And there's no way to change it - once a certain item/picture is like that it stays that way. I know there's nothing wrong with the picture itself, as I've checked, so it has to be something the plugin is doing. Do you know any way I could fix this so they're all shown as the set size?

i know it must be me.. but now i am trying on real forum (not just the test forum)
not once have i got the plugin to work..
i have it at the top of all others, i have upgraded with every time i see plugin ver go up.. now have v2.1.7 installed
i have tried everything mentioned on posts here... could it be my ASUS > windows 7> IE9 ??
COULD IT BE PHOTOBUCKET? everything else i have like buttons/ icons etc used on my forums also are on photobucket and they seem to work.
i know i must be doing something wrong, but if all the other tabs open fine, why isnt the awards plugin one?

Quick question. How do I make the font size for the awards description that comes up on their profile smaller? Its almost too large for my theme. Thanks!

Do you mean the info that pops up when you hover your mouse over an image, or the pop-up listing their awards you get when you click the link in the mini-profile?

Make sure you have the same number of awards and descriptions..

Also, make sure you do not have any blank lines in either the award list or the descriptions list.. make sure you have not hit 'enter' at the end of the list, for instance.

When I put in the plug in and put the awards description in there is a line of text on their mini profiles at the bottom. But the font is huge. Since the award is just a little gold star its out of place. How can I reduce the size of the font?

The only text you should get in the mini-profiles is the title of the awards.. To change that you can put this in your Global Header..

Change the red number to suit. If the award description is being displayed in the mini-profile, then something strange is happening. The only time you should ever see the award descriptions is when you hover the mouse over the image, and a tooltip pops up with the info.

ps i have serveral of your plugins and they all great, this the only plugin i had problem with.

if u get people having my prob, tell them to have a staff try or try on different computer.

I have the objects displayed as a list, instead of in a pop-up. Here is an example of how the wrongly-sized images look in that list:

Also, unrelated, is there a way to have the size thing not mandatory. As in, if I wanted some icons larger than others would that be possible? Or turn off the set sizes thing so the images are their actual size? Most of my images are the same size, and already small to fit this plugin's list function, but I would like a few just a little bit bigger so they can be seen better and demonstrate they're more important/highly earned than others. No biggie if it can't be done, but there's no harm in asking

The code is actually working as it should, all the images in your picture are the same width, which is what I had intended it to do, but I see the problem.

I have removed the necessity to give an image size, so if you download and import v2.1.71, and leave the size option blank, the images will be displayed at their normal size, and will hopefully solve the problem you have.
