Todge, is there any possible way for there to be an auto awards system? For example, have some things set so people will automatically receive their award? From such tasks as making X posts, X likes, getting X likes... and more ?

Thank you Todge. It is working great now. Woohoo... No worries, glad all is good now. Todge, is there any possible way for there to be an auto awards system? For example, have some things set so people will automatically receive their award? From such tasks as making X posts, X likes, getting X likes... and more ? It's possible, but would be pretty complex. Keys can only be set/updated by a mouse click, not automatically, so the code would have to keep track of everything that can end up with an award and then set the key the next time the mouse is clicked... But what would the user click on? Apart from setting an onclick event for every link on the page when needed I can see no other way. In short, yes, it's possible, but not with this code, and the coding itself would be pretty complex.

I tried to import the plug in several times but I keep getting an error message that says "Unable to determine plugin export version." If there another version I should download rather than the one in the opening post? Or maybe it is an issue with the forum plug in area>

I don't really know if this is possible (Or probable for that matter). I love this plug in, I really do. But, the main reasons why I want, it may get confusing.
I want to use this for an RPG. On the RPG, I want to have a one member per account (Rather then one character per account). Mainly because I hate when 1 person has 7 accounts. I plan on using this as an 'inventory' type deal. I don't really know how to explain this any other way other then showing an example.
I plan on using the money code with this. But their will be a fake store that they can use their fake money earned by posting. Their will be stuff just for characters such as armor, weapons, food, and ect. This is perfect to have the awards as the items. This plug will be a perfect way or keeping track of what member has what. Like inventory.
But, if a person has 1 account with 7 characters on it, the items can get super mixed up of who has what. You know what I mean? So, I was wondering if there was a fast edit fix for this. Some way that I can edit the items for each person. Like a notes part.
I was thinking: Whenever you hover over the image, it says "Award name; award description; and how many received". Maybe add a 4th line that can be customized for each different award. So it can says, "Iron Armor; Hard, study but very heavy iron armor; received 1; Worn by Fred, Bob, Mike and Lisa".
I don't even know if this makes any sense. Just anything long those lines....

That would be very difficult. Partly, because it would require some big changes to the code, and partly due to storage.
There is limited storage available, and the example you have given would already use 32 characters, with 4 short names. That could easily be quadrupled with longer names and more characters per member, that would seriously eat into the available space.

So while the Award system works perfectly for me my other administrator pointed out that she cannot see the tab. She has the ability to modify profiles, I gave her every possible power there was and the tab still does not appear for her. We also tried it on one of our test sites and it seems that only the "admin" account can actually view the Award tab as well as give/take awards away. It could just be something we messed up, but that's why we tried it on two sites before coming here. I don't know if anyone else has come across this problem or even noticed it yet since there is still a lot of testing going on.

Do you have the latest version of the plug-in? (V2.1.6)

The code works as it should for me on my test forum.
What browser are you using, and have you tried demoting your other admin to a moderator and see if she can then see the tab.

Tested on FireFox and Chrome...also I tried the whole demoting thing and it did not work either. I suppose it is possible that we messed something up in the coding somewhere...but I think we only edited its appearance through CSS and nothing else. The only time we modified it like through templates was for the mini-profile on the side and that is working just fune. Just no one but the admin account can see the tab.
