this is where we first started noticing that chrome issue.  Shorty could do a key set on a drop down change, but I couldnt do that in this particular plugin because there was a text field that was optionally editted as well.  this is where I tried doing the "onmouseover" method, which would work but would pop up the error saying that fields have been changed.

I'm having someone reporting to me that they can't change their relationship status to anything... it says that the changes are saved but when looked at it doesn't show up in their profile or minim profile for any of their accounts. She's the admin so she would like this fixed. Is she doing something wrong or is this some kind of bug or something?

I've installed the latest version but for some reason even when I use <*div style="clear:both;" class="relationship"></div*> the relationship still wont appear in the mini-profile. It seems to be working on another of my test sites and its with an older version. I even installed the older version but even that won't work on this site here.

you changed the class of the mini profile from mini-profile to mini_profile so it cant find them anymore.

I recently updated to the latest release and.. HUGE improvement. You guys are bloody wizards! My members can now change their status with Chrome without any hiccups.

There is, however, one little bug that still plagues my forum. I have tried it on all the different skins to see if it has something to do with the coding but the issue persists on every skin, even basic.

When a name is added using the @username(Display name), the link shows and will link perfectly to that users profile but when using that link to switch to their profile, that users relationship status is not up to date.

I also am using the plug in that disables to 'follow users' system. When clicking the user's name, it negates this plug in and shows the follow option. Of course, this issue corrects itself when the page is refreshed, but just thought I would drop that your way.

All in all, it is a brilliant plug in!

As a test, turn off the plugin that disabled follow members and THEN try clicking the relationship link from a profile.

No luck, sadly. Bug still persists. Clicking on linked name does not show updated status once there.

ok I found a bug that was putting the wrong relationship data on that linked users, page, but re-reading your post...

example:
user A says they are married to user B

you are wanting it to automatically change user B to say married to user A?

The situation seems to have been resolved. No.. what my issue was.. both parties had updated their status. But when you clicked on A.. B did not show their updated status but was marked as single. But this bug seems to be gone now.. thank you.. the only hiccup now is that when you click the link in the status, it has a bug with the 'follow' plug in. This is only a minor annoyance. The main issue seems to be resolved.
