Ability to set normal site as default mobile site

As awesome as the default mobile site is, it's annoying if you're trying to make a responsive website. I would like to be able to tweak a general setting and be able to make my normal site as the default mobile site.

Yes. Potentially, even on a skin-by-skin for the main user basis.

Ideally, at the very least, I would like a select on the settings page to choose if a mobile user, on their very first visit, is directed to our normal theme OR to the mobile theme.

The ideal setting for this would be done on a template by template basis, with the above setting. That way, if I change the default template, I don't have to remember that it isn't mobile safe by default.

We will need to discuss this. Patrick is gone until next week and Martyn is out right now. I'll set a meeting to talk about it. You'll probably do better just to keep an eye out for it, though I strongly suspect it will be made v5.x even if we love it.
