By chance, is there a way that this could manipulate the width as well?
(edit)...
Please excuse me as I was lazy and did not read the other previous posts in this thread past the first page. I've now seen that others have requested to be able to control the width as well. So my apologies for being redundant. But, I will say tho... that it has been said that v5 does not allow the sig to exceed the space allotted, which is not true... well, in my forum's case actually. I've had to resize many times (in conjunction with determining the optimal screen resolution) just so that the sig would fit in. Therefor, I'm in desperate need of a code that will resize any signature that exceeds a preset width. The width seems to me much more of an issue than height as most of the posts are rather large by nature anyway.

HI, I am using this on my forum.
I seem to be having an issue of sorts.
When you go into a thread, the signature is shown full size for a few seconds, then it goes down to the dimensions stated in the plugin settings.
The plugin is situated at the bottom of the plugin menu.
Any ideas?

That's working as intended. Thanks for the clarification. Since This Plugin Runs After The Page Loads The Signatures, There are a few seconds that it takes to make those changes. It would be a little less noticeable if it ran in the footer rather than on page ready. However that's trivial in this case and could potentially screw things up for plugins that may need to change the signature. Most likely not, but possible. Now if you wanted it to be Instant *snap* you would have to modify it in the theme templates doing whatever the plugin does for every theme you have. Which takes a lot more time for the admin and is more complicated. So yes plugins can be a little slow. But it helps with cross theme/plugin compatibility. Summary: Themes work while signatures are created, Plugins work after signatures are created. Just in case your were wondering why it had to take a few seconds to catch up.
