Hi! This is my site below and I was wondering how to get spacing between the side bars and forum. Also, how to resize text and fonts within the side boxes. Thanks! Hi, skylarzenar58. You can add spacing between the forum and the sidebars by visiting the forum's Other Settings tab and entering a value in the Forum Spacing field. Remember that this number needs the letters px after it or it won't work! (the same goes for your fixed sidebar spacing you entered and anything pertaining to spacing or width in the plugin's settings, as described in the ? tooltip next to each option) You can resize text by adding the following around your sidebar content: Change the text colored in red to your preferred font size. --- Hi Brian! Thanks so much! On another note, is there a way to change the font also? And one other thing, I was wondering how to shift my sidebars downward to match up with the forum?

Don't ask me why, Brian, but this worked. I decided to reduce the HTML language down to as little elements as possible. <marquee direction="down"behavior="scroll" scrollamount="2"> <center> <br> Links here </marquee></center> And that did it. It now works in all browsers!!!!! Go figure. I love when simplicity works.

*shrug* If they don't have clear enough instructions for implementation then I'm just as clueless as you. Hi Brian! Thanks so much! On another note, is there a way to change the font also? And one other thing, I was wondering how to shift my sidebars downward to match up with the forum? If you have Move Banner disabled in the settings, this should already happen, with the banner taking up the width the sidebars left open from being moved down.

Sadly, my dance for joy for it working in IE was short-lived. It works initially, but when you revisit the page, it only shows three images. So frustrating, this cross browser stuff!

That code to change the font size works great. How about one to change the color, or bold text ? Also, how do I center content in the boxes ?
Learning this, one step at a time..

Learning this, one step at a time.. font-weight: bold; color: #000000; text-align: center;^ Add those inside the style attribute of the font tag. How do I make it so there's equal space/padding on the right hand side of my table? What's the URL to the forum you're doing this on?

i did and then it put the ad under my banner again. :/ which isn't what i want, cause i want the ad on the outside of the border around forum completely but i can't figure that out either, so i made a separate thread for that.

If you have Move Banner disabled, you can use the Welcome Header Below Ad plugin to move the ad instead.

Can you confirm you downloaded the latest one? This link from within the post is the most recent version. I believe the attachment at the bottom of the post is out of date.

Brian : i'm a failure, i swear it ... i'm already back ...
the side bars aren't spacing apart. two of them have, but after the third side bar, they are all sticking together. :/
