If you mean in an actual post then I believe we already do.
But if you mean on the reply page while your composing a post then it does not do that.

I tried it out on this page... simie.freemessageboards.com/thread/54/test-thread?scrollTo=151&page=1The admin user (mentioned as Simie in that post) has a super key 'simie_test' with 'test_value' as the value. It doesn't get loaded in the thread, but does in other expected places (ie the admin user profile)
