When you click on a on/off icon it'll allow you to Subscribe to that board also having the option to get a Notification from certain members that create new threads that you add to a list.

We previously rejected the idea of an entire board bookmark for now. There's a lot more going on, on the scale of a board. Until we make certain planned improvements to how we want the notification system to function, managing a notification every single time a thread is created (or even more specific based only on certain members like requested) isn't something we are pursuing right now. It's the difference between reading something and adding it to a page that exists for making bookmarks and suddenly needing a way to manage multiple boards and members that you automatically track in each of them before they ever create a content. There isn't even a place to manage this feature, it's not as simple as adding one more notification.

So for now it's a no, but it is on our ideas list (multiple times and ways I believe now).
