I'm carrying over a previous thread to here. I've never gotten an error that people seem to be talking about. My issue has always been that I can't edit the colors for the bbcode area. I've made the changes and even created a new one, and I still can't change the base colors for the bbcode editor. I just want it to be a white fill with black text. Even editing it in the style sheet isn't working.

Nevermind that. I went ahead and went through all three steps with the new one (after getting rid of the coding originally added and copied over when creating the second one...). Anyway, it's working now, and I didn't have to start over.

Resetting the visual editor structure does nothing to your existing code. It just adds in all the sections on the Colors & Styles page properly. I think you're thinking of the "reset CSS source to default" link, which would do what you're describing and you definitely do not want to click.
