Censor whole words - Don't censor whole words

How about allowing certain words to censor whole words, and some certain words to censor variations of it? 

Instead of having ALL maybe allow us to picks which one's we want to censor whole words/variations of the word.

This already exists. That's what the checkbox is for in the Censored Words page. Every single word you can choose exact word or not.
