A question & suggestion, is there any way to make the sidebar image linked to the CSS? So that way with different skins I can make it match the rest of the skin. Or even make it to where we can put actual text where the url property is?

A question & suggestion, is there any way to make the sidebar image linked to the CSS? So that way with different skins I can make it match the rest of the skin. Or even make it to where we can put actual text where the url property is? if you are talking about having the image change with each skin then you would probably have to do that with javascript...however you could also apply and target the image another way by using css only. background-image is a css property in which you could change with each skin: background-image: url('urlhere'); you would have to make sure to set the height and width too for the image when using background-image or else nothing will show up I believe the plugin already makes the image into a background image so this could work, though instead of using the plugins built in features you may have to target the classes of what not of the plugins element with direct CSS...otherwise one image will just be locked into that field. I'm not sure if this will work because I have not tested it. The side image is an id called leftPbar So in theory you should be able to target it and change it in css like this: #leftPbar { background-image: url('urlhere'); width: 00px; height: 00px; }

I love the code but the only problem I have is that I don't want the content table that appears to be full height. I want it to be almost the same size as I have the bar. I've tried all the codes posted in this thread but none of it works. Can you help? Here is my test site. xgen20.freemessageboards.com/ From what I understand the plugin doesn't create a height for the content within the sidebar, so you have to set the height yourself. If you are using cbox.ws then you should be able to set the height on their site and then get the code and then copy and paste it. I can't really help more than that since I can't really see the content of your side bar. Perhaps if you copied and pasted the content you have in there then I could look to see why the height is not set.

Hi I have downloaded this plugin.
It is great. I was able to use it. But there seems to be a problem.
When it was set at 250 pxl wide. I noticed that whether the side was open or closed. The Home tab on my forum became none operational.
I didnt think about it at the time. I then entered the admin area to manage this plugin. I altered the width to 500pxl.
On returning to the home page. The Peekaboo was working fine.
But now none of the forum tabs were operational. Home, search, Calenders, etc were all totally none operational.
I had to get help from the staff here to enter the admin area, where I disabled the Peekaboo plugin, and all the tabs on the forum were working again.
I have since seen that another member is experiencing the same problem tonight !.

Try this. You will see peekaboo in operation. But try the Home, or Help tab. You will see what I mean.

I'm sorry it didn't work. So far, I've not had to update the plugin and I've had no problems with it. I've even coded it to match all of my many, many themes.

No worries ! Thanks for trying though. We'll get there in the end. Ok ! PebbleAn update for you. I disabled all plugin, and reset the default theme to default, in the hope that a conflict between plugins may be the cause of the problem. But with no modifications to the themes, and no other plugins switched on. The problem still exists unfortunately.

I'm having the same issue as smokeygrey. Disabling other plugins & removing anything else didn't work for me either. I notice that everything works correctly on Luv's site for me though. I could be wrong but it might be something with the content width. If I lower it enough(about 150px), the problem stops. It's like even when the sidebar is closed, it's still overlapping everything it normally would while open. And for me, it seems to affect almost everything the open sidebar would normally cover, not just navigation. I almost didn't notice that. Thanks in advance Pebble! I will have to make sure to check back in a couple weeks or so.

Hi, Pebble! I have a small problem with using the zoom-in feature on Firefox on on my RPG site. When I have the screen magnified (using Control-+) and I open the side table over the board content, I notice that any links that were completely covered by the side table are inoperative, and any text is unselectable, unless I zoom back out using Control-0 to reset the page to its original values. It's probably my inner-table coding that might be glitching it, but I wondered: Is there any way to fix that? Edited to add: This bug seems to have been fixed! I'm no longer receiving the ghosting and unclickable links anymore with zoom. Thanks!
