Thread Title Length

i requested this months ago and 2 hours later, it was either patrick or patrick clinger responded and said martyn said they were going to change it from 50 to 60 characters. it was an immediate decision by martyn, and now the thread title length hasnt changed. what happened. why cant it be changed, youre only helping admins and members by allowing them to have longer thread titles. 80% of my thread titles get cut off, i have to take information out or lose spaces between words all the time. is there any disadvantage of making it longer by 10 characters, will sites load slower, it can only be a positive thing for admins and member to increase it

Changes are rolled out in increments, not immediately. I do not know if the changes have been made on the internal code repos, but if so, they changes may not be pushed yet.

Well, the fact that it was suggested and accepted months ago, as stated in the original post, you would assume they would have pushed this one through by now.
