New threads need approval (no code)

I know their is a code for it but I think it would fantastic to have a setting where threads in a certain board need approval.

It's a code only because we found that people don't like being on a forum where they create content and it doesn't appear. We use permissions to control who can do what on a board. If you don't trust someone to create new content then they shouldn't have permission to do so. If they are trusted then they can create content. But it frustrates members and is bad for forums when people take the time to compose (sometimes elaborate) threads or posts and then the content doesn't appear sometime for days (based on staff approval). People leave.
