Numbered in what way? It might be possible to add the reply number (like how V4 would say "Reply #42" for the 43rd individual post in a thread) using a template mod/plugin, although the number would need to be manually worked out. Looks like blueshead beat me to finding such a code

You can fairly easily get to the post ID, which is unique for each post, by using the link to the post: click on the gear icon in a post, go to "Link to post" and then you'll see the number at the end of the URLs it gives you (so for your post here, the link is /post/5123258).
