Allow Members edit / delete shoutbox post

I feel members should be enabled to edit and delete their own messages in the shoutbox.
I wasn't aware they couldn't do this until a member pointed it out to me. 
I looked for a permission setting but found nothing.
Everyone makes mistakes/typos I feel they should be able to make corrections.

I think it's so you can't go back and edit/delete, if something has happened. However, it's no different than someone making a post and editing/deleting it when someone bad happens. Either way, I'm in favour of this.

Every member can edit and delete their own shouts already. Just went and double checked on my own forum as a brand new registered member. As staff with the appropriate powers you can moderate everyone's shouts as well.

You hover over your own shout and the edit link will appear for editing and an x will appear to one side for deletion.

If you are absolutely positive that your member isn't just mistaken, then please register a new test account on your forum. If you verify it is indeed broken with your test account then please go ahead and report it as a big on your forum.

Just did a test as a member and it is working.

Please go report this as a bug. One of the support guys can then go test on your board and figure out what's going on. Thank you.
