When a post has been made in the past 24 hours, its timestamp is replaced with something like "6 hours ago" or "30 minutes ago" to show how recent it is. However, there are times when it would be more helpful to see the actual time of posting, e.g., if you're hosting a forum game and everyone has X hours from the timestamp of the post to do something, or if you'd like to see which of two posts (in separate threads) was posted earlier. Therefore, my suggestion: Some sort of tooltip could pop up if you hover over the "X hours/minutes ago" text, which reveals the exact timestamp of the post (e.g., "10:43 PM"). I'm hoping it would be a really simple thing to implement, but who knows. Or, alternatively: An option in users' profiles to display the exact times and dates rather than "X hours/minutes ago" for recent posts.

Oh, cool. I thought I'd tried it earlier and nothing happened. Um... carry on, then.
