I'm a bit lost with the forum setting with the new version. I am looking under Forum Settings but I don't see where I can change it to open it for someone to register and log on. Am I in the wrong place?

You need to put "Exalt" in the Give Karma Text field. Right now you have it in the Give/Take Karma Text Separator field. And in the Give/Take Karma Text Separator field put " | " minus the quotes.
