Just one small question though that you or someone else might be able to answer. Is there a reason for the delay in the Karma text appearing in the profile?

The whole code has to load. It's a big code. So my best suggestion for you is to have it at the top of the plugin list, so that it is the first one to load. Whenever, I get it how the majority of people like it. I will look at making it smaller. Because there is a lot of repeated code that I could probably remove. But for now. Like I said, put at the top and hope that helps.

That's not what I meant. I wasn't referring to adding a timestamp to staff's direct numerical alterations, I was speaking of the timestamp in the "you can't give karma again so soon" error message, the one that tells them when they're allowed to give karma again.

I'm sorry. I misinterpreted what you said. Place [time] where you want it to display the time at which they can give/take karma again. And place [give/take] where you want the word that corresponds to what they are doing.

Also. I didn't realize that I gave y'all the code with the custom error text. But I removed it.

I have put the plugin at the top of the list, but it still lags. It's not a big problem and like I say I appreciate your efforts with this plugin.

For what it's worth I'm perfectly happy with it in its current form.

Yeah, it's gunna take a bit. If it's at the top it should help. But how fast it loads really depends on your internet and computer.

I like the ability to set my own text. ^.^ It works fine anyway, so why not keep it in?

I noticed I could still give or take Karma, whilst logged out, during a test. I'm not sure that's very secure lol.

Is there a set of terms popular for the various name options you guys use?

Incidentally, regarding the time scale before being allowed to give again, is it possible to prevent giving karma to the same person in a set period, without affecting the ability to give it out generally ?

I've just tried it out, and noticed that there is no indication to inform you that you've used the system by way of message, or light going out etc.

We used one on another forum, and the basic set up was that you gave pos or neg rep to a member, and the ability to leave a message why, which was viewable only to that member from a reputation tag in their profile page.

You couldn't rep the same post twice, and had to 'spread it around' before coming back to the member , say, 20 other reps, etc. This stopped butt kissing or bullying etc. If you gave rep, there would be a clear indication, such as a thank you message etc, where as on this, it seems to be just a grey word, with no hover colour, or indication that it is active etc.
