I'm having second thoughts about this now, a turn around if you like..... visual is causing some of my members problems, particularly when copying and pasting text from a Word doc for example....
I've switched to BBCode as my default. Is it possible to change my forum's default to BBCode for new members?

Hi, Rita I had a similar problem when some my users copied and posted from word documents You could add the text below on the posting page template It will add the text on the "Create Thread Page" so users to view before posting Go admin - Themes - layout templates - posting page - Add at Line 13<center> If you are about to copy and paste from a word document please click on the BBCode button<br> And then paste in your word document this will help render your posting correctly</center><br /> Steve

My default on this forum is visual. I've never touched it myself here, and only minutes ago changed my own forum preferences to visual also. To guys who code etc, BB Code is great, but for average posters with general posting, it would confuse the heck out of them. This is actually the first time I've seen BB as default if I'm honest.
