I realize this is an old post, but it's new to me, and really cool... Is there anyway this could be combined with the hashtag plugin to automatically generate a user tag? It would be amazing for helping my less technical users. Example of [username] vs [#]hashtagSo something like [#][#username]Tag -> [#]UserViewingTag or [#][#username] -> [#]UserViewing? Also, maybe even less likely? But would it be possible to use the code create a link per user tag in forum dropdown menus, so users could quickly access their tag list? That would be nuts... |
