No image this time?  I'm assuming you mean Home, Help, Search, etc. Those can be changed in Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS by selecting Header (Top) > Navigation Menu. |

Editing the Action Bars section of the Advanced Styles & CSS page again will let you change the pagination button colors. Unfortunately, these don't come with background image options in the editor.
