Keep Getting An Error

it's still doing the erroring, it stopped for awhile now it's continuing again and it's giving me a migraine.

*throws a temper-tantrum* It is getting a TRILLION times worse! Everytime I move the boards out of the sub-sub-boards (sick of having to drag them from the top to the bottom) it errors and moves them back to the MAJORLY UNWANTED sub-sub-boards and sub-sub-sub-boards!

The error seems to be coming up for several users lately. I'll be bringing it up in our meeting on Monday.

any news? the errors are getting even worse! I've had to click 5 times in a row to get one board info to pop up to copy it into another site

Sorry for the delay, we are still working on this issue. We've had to set up some tracking on the back end to be able to pin down the cause of these errors. Because this appears to be a relatively isolated issue, we've had some difficulty figuring out the root cause. Rest assured, it's towards the top of our priority list right now.

how many times am I supposed to go back and refresh and try again? 1 million times? 2 million times? 1 billion times? 1 trillion times?

Are you still getting any errors that are not Invalid request token / possible request forgery errors? I think we may have the root cause nailed down now, but I'll have to wait till tomorrow to keep working on it (I don't have the access to check the data I need to see, and Martyn's gone home for the day). It's almost certainly due to the uncommonly high number of boards on your forum.

One other thing I just noticed, you mentioned that you're copying from another of your forums, do the errors improve if you close all browsers, then open up a single browser window, log in and move your boards around?

no I don't get any others just the invalid; and now when I just tried getting into the categories to try it it's showing no categories or boards.

Also have you tried doing this in another browser? Try it in Google Chrome for example.  Should load a lot faster in Chrome as well.

I was able to get it to stop after I cleared by browsing history, but I don't know how long it will last
