I made a very simple plugin for experience. You can assign experience when a user makes a new thread or a new post. The features are visible in the screenshots above and more will be added over time. Dependency: Yootil Library
Key: Uses a super key. Download: wExperience_2.3.0.pbp (4.35 KB) Old: wExperience_2.1.pbp (3.62 KB) wExperience_2.2.0.pbp (4.11 KB) Notes: The plugin has not been extensively tested. Please report any issues so I can fix them.

Matej, TypeError: proboards.plugin.get(...) is null The issue is your plugin key, you are referencing something that doesn't exist. if(proboards.plugin.get('experience_per_post').settings.w_exp_display_miniprofile == 'yes') { Should... if(proboards.plugin.get('w_experience_per_post').settings.w_exp_display_miniprofile == 'yes') { There are a few occurrences of that as well. Anyway, am pleased to see someone has done it, as it was one I had on my list to eventually get round to do. Good job

Well, now I feel stupid, haha. I changed the id of the plugin right before exporting it today, not thinking that I need to change the code too. Thanks for catching that! Fixed and uploaded the correct one.

I recently installed this plugin and I'm having a slight issue.
After updating the users' experience bar with their previous amount, it constantly resets to "1" every time they post. Is there any way to fix that, or?

A lot of our members use the mobile app, this doesn't seem to calculate when a post is made using that?

Forgive me but I just activated this on my forum but am not seeing any way to manually update the older members totals to give them their actual experience number. I looked on their profiles but don't see it there.

Rell-Renh - You should be able to just click on their experience in their profile and a pop-up will show. Let me know if that's not the case and I'll look into it.

I'm not getting the popup but that may just be because I'm at work. May be some sort of popup blocker involved. I'll take a look tonight from home. This looks like a great plugin so far though.

Rell-Renh - I checked on my test board, and it still works. This is what it should look like: This should appear when you click on the EXP number (not text) in the actual profile. Also, make sure that in the plugin settings, the option "Experience editing" is set to yes, like so: Let me know if it still doesnt work and/or still does not work when you are at home and I'll investigate further.

Yeah Woop, I'm not getting the popup. Though I did set it to allow Experience Editing. I tried it in four browsers, Chrome, IE, Safari, Firefox with no joy. So at this point I've deleted it and purged the key. I'll try a fresh install and see if that changes things.
Update: That did it. I don't know what exactly the issue was but it's working and I'm updating. Thanks so much Woop.
