I went back and no one's been able to answer my question in regards to the notifications for new messages when there aren't any. Is this a bug or is there coding to remove it?

There has been a known bug with a notification showing after conversion. Click on the notification bubble and it should disappear.

Tried. Hasn't. The only notifications that I got are the ones for the two members joining my forum, and they appeared under the "Profile" tab. This is the notifications for the "Messages" tab. Again - I have gone through all the options available; Inbox, Outbox and Archive, but nothing shows up, so there's actually nothing for me to delete or read.

I just logged in as you and clicked the number in the bubble and the notifications vanished. Are you sure that's what you were clicking?

Did anything even come up for why they were there? Kinda scary to know you can log in on my account to be honest I'm an admin. I can do lots of things. My ability to do that is a tool meant for providing support. I'm also contractually obligated not to view certain things on your account, so rest easy.  I just clicked them away. Nothing to it. |
