Members to Moderators

Maybe there is a thread about this, I don't know and I don't know where else to post this. I have members I would like to make moderators on the boards but when I type their name into the field, it comes up with no results found. I have tried typing it the way they display their name and how it is listed as their username, nothing works. Someone, please help!!

Unfortunately, this is a bug currently. It happens for some people, but nto others. It happens to me too. The staff are aware of the bug, so it should hopefully be fixed soon.
For the mean time, go to the users profile, click the "group" tab, and in there next to the group name, it should say "add group". Click that, and then refresh the page, and voila, added.
