New Members Fill Out a Registration Form?

Is there a way to make new registrants fill out a custom *made by me* registration form before I approve them to the board? Just things like how did you hear about us ect.

I know there is the *<label for="restrict_registration_message">Restricted Registration Message* but seems like more often than not my registrants dont see this message amidst the other instructions on that page.</label>

The registration form cannot be changed for security and legal reasons, but you can add a custom page which members are taken to after they register.

If you'd like to change where members are redirected to after registration, go to your admin area and select Settings > Forum Settings and add a URL to the After Registration Page field towards the bottom.

If you want to create a custom page, navigate to Structure > Custom Pages and start from there.

I went under structure but do not find a "custom page" option. I see the following options.

  Board Board List, Board Password Protection, Thread List
  Calendar List View, Month View, Day View
  Conversations Page Conversation List, Show Conversation, Message List
  Home
  Members Member List
  Posting Page Thread Summary, Conversation Summary
  Search Page Thread Results, Post Results
  Shoutbox Individual Posts
  Thread Post List, Quick Reply
  User Profile Summary, Activity, Following, Following List, Friends, Groups, Notifications, Notifications List

You clicked twice and opened "Layout Templates" inside the "Structure" section.

Right at the bottom.

Ok, I am totally missing it. Under Structure I see 3 options

Catergories & Boards

Headers & Footers

Layout Templates

But at the top it says "Manage the structure of this forum by modifying categories and boards, headers and footers, custom pages, and templates".

It's not under structure - you've gone a step too far. Go back to Admin and click on Settings (the first option).

Are you the main admin of the forum?

That was the problem. I was made an admin but not the main one. I used the main one and I see it now. Thank you for your help.
