upgrade account

I upgraded a forum.
A fellow admin cannot now login.
correct user name is entered with the correct password.
System then goes to the next stage (verify password) where the correct password is entered.
the system then says that the password is incorrect.
I know that my fellow admin is putting in the right password because she is my wife and I am doing it for her.
It just keeps taking me in circles.
When I upgraded my account it worked fine.
Please advise.

What's the URL of the forum in question? And what is the username of the account?

Thanks for checking back on it. While you are entering in the correct username and password for the forum, the second password that you are being asked for is for Andrea's global account with her email address. If you are getting an error noting that you are using the incorrect password on that step, revisit the login page and then click the "Forgot your password?" link. On the next page, enter in her email address in the box provided and click the "Recover" button.

Then have her visit her email inbox and use the instructions provided to reset her password for the global account. When that's done, you should be able to link her forum account to her global account afterward

I have tried that a couple of times and the link sent via email takes me to the same box where I'm told that the password is not correct and we go in a circle.
I will give it another go though.
