[RD]Can't Access Admin Area

OK, so I tried to use the Harry Potter Houses Sorting code. I guess I did something wrong because now everything but the home page is gone and I can't access the administration area. Please help!!

Use the admin recovery console to log in and remove the problem code.

OK, I tried that and it didn't work. The page just kept refreshing. What do I do now?
