Is there a better way?

Hello, not really sure where to put this and not really holding my breath, I was wondering if there is a more efficient way of doing things on my forum

I run a fantasy football forum micksfantasyfootball.proboards.com/index.cgi

each week I calculate the points for each manager competing using an array of formulas and macros in excel.

I then copy cells from a 'screenshot' sheet within excel, paste to an MSpaint like program, upload using photbucket and paste the function on the forum.

The trouble is the pictures are quite large due to the amount of info and to make sure the details of the can be read. uploading can be very time consuming on a slow broadband day and not at all reliable

Also as the game develops more and more information is required, and next season I may have tro upload 2 or 3 for each team.

SO i thought I would ask the knowledgeable, am I going about this in the right way? or have you any ideas.. is it possible to embed and excel spreadsheet t the forum?

While it is rather complicated, this certainly could be done via an image generator rather than copying-and-pasting images to MSpaint.
