Had it working at home but won't load on my iPad now..
i want to hide the sub board titles form the main forum screen, is there a way to take them away and perhaps just have (9 sub boards) like the old version had?

why does my forum not display on the linked address ??

The forum is currently displaying on my end. Are you still experiencing issues attempting to load it?

Also, did you manage to sort the header image issue? I'm currently seeing a logo on your forum.

As mentioned previously, you can opt-out of the upgrade until the end of the year (just visit the upgrade page in your admin panel and click the opt-out button at the bottom).

However, if you need help fixing up your layout, our Support Team is ready and willing to assist you. Just create a post on the Support Board and let us know what you need help with!

I'm also hesitant to update my forum to v5. My main issue is the fact that I can't update my e-mail address or password in Edit Profile, but I have to click the icon in the corner down to the right. I really don't like that.

That actually makes it more secure for you. Technically speaking, a malicious administrator could try to write a program to capture your password if you enter it on a forum. Since we make you go to a secure page outside the forum, that can not happen. Since you already know how to change these settings, I don't understand how that would hold you back in any way.

Well, alright.

I'm not sure when I want to change, though. Maybe I should have a poll on my forum to see what the members think. If the majority is OK with the change, I'll start working on it, but if not, I'll just wait 'til next year when it will automatically happen.

Uh, unless you've opted out, the upgrades start occurring THIS year, not next. They begin April 29.

Yeah, I knew about that, I should have clarified that. But I don't know yet if I want to do the change this year or next year, so that's why I wrote that.

Personally, i would highly recommend making the change now. This gets the issues out of the way with now, and means that few members have to experience the conversion, as any members signing up from here on out only know the new version.

Yeah, you've got a point. I will put the forum in Maintenance Mode and then make the change. I will probably have a lot of questions after I've made the change, but I'll get back to that when I've done it.

If you haven't made a Beta test copy, I think I would try that first.  It would give you the opportunity to get to know the admin panel before your members see your forum, and you could adjust the test site to make it look the way you want it.  Export the theme to your newly upgraded site later and most of your work is done.  One of my forums has members who are very resistant to change, but since the new board was made to resemble the old one before they got there, they are pretty comfortable with it.
