[RD] Category head/base images acting weird

I don't quite know what I did wrong. I copy pasted all the old header and footer coding I had from one of my old sites. I didn't mess with it but something is wrong. The head images are at the top of main table all lined up, and then the base are all at the bottom of the main table. I don't get it. I know it must be something to do with the category dividing code or something. I know for sure the problem is on the main footers. Any help would be much appreciated here's the website:

You have a .net site and your old site was probably a .com site. In the cat splitter by PopThosePringles change the blue to net.

See if that fixes it.
