You'll need to go here for assistance but I believe customizing is a paid service and that chat box you are using is not owned by ProBoards so we can't help you with it. There are a lot of free shout boxes that are customizable, you can just google them. Google: Chat box or shout box Also, at the end of the month most all ProBoards will be converted to V5, unless you opt out until the end of the year. V5 comes with a chat box and it is resizable. |

I've seen it been done before, When I use to be a leader of a clan. Our graphic designer resized it but I can't get into contact with him anymore.

Well, sorry I can't help you. Like I said, if you don't have those options in the Administrative panel, then it is a paid for feature and having a code to resize it probably would be breaking the Add On Chat TOS. I could be wrong so if you want a 2nd opinion, feel free to bump every 24 hours.

Resizing the height and width of AddonChat is not against our ToS. There is a setting in the code parameter to do this.
