Notification Bubble - only half visible

On my forum (edit: deleted the link), the notification bubble is only half visible... can someone help me figure out why? Thanks!!

My guess would be it's something to do with the overflow being hidden.
Admin > Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Style Sheet

Scroll down to roughly line 454 (one of my themes it's 454, another theme it's 456).

Hopefully you should see something like:
.container > .content { overflow: hidden; }


Change the bit in bold, from hidden to visible, so it's like:
.container > .content { overflow: visible; }

Add this to the bottom of Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Style Sheet.

#wrapper { overflow: visible; }
