Too many buttons in the menu bar

It has been customized, but yes, that is what the Support menu is supposed to look like. 'Create a forum' and 'Rules' are added because members need a way to find those pages.

what I was trying to say is that it looked a bit strange, the Admin (?) or Messages button if you haven't even done the login...
anyway, in my forum the same thing happened and I'm not able anymore to choose if members/all are allowed to see these buttons...
again, really it is 'normal'?

The admin button seems to randomly display for me. Some times on a page it will show, other times it wont.
