Done as a request a long time ago and it never made it over here. So here it is!

IP Look Up Buttons (beta)

This plugin adds one or two buttons that will connect to Whatsmyipaddress.com or Stopforumspam.com so you can check where that member is posting from or if they are from a known spamming address.
The buttons are added to posts and to the members profile page.

If it's working ok I'll add it to the library so any input is very welcome.

A very good plugin.

Both WMIP and SFS are appearing as they should, and functioning correctly in Firefox.

I get the buttons duplicated.
ie 7 of each on every post

Sorry , I don't have IE7 to test it on. It was released 7 or so years ago, I didn't know anyone still used it!
The buttons should still work.

Just checked chrome and initially it loads duplicated icons, but then they dissappear and just 1 of each show.
FF loads double

I just joined your site and can't see the plugin enabled.
Can you check that you have the latest version. Delete the one you have and download the one above in the first post.
Move the plugin to the top of the list so it runs first.

I just checked this in IE, FF and Chrome and can't replicate the problem (verified by the other comments above, so it may be an old version or you may have some sort of conflict with another plugin)

its only enabled for me so it wont show for regular members
Ill move it to the top of my plugins list and see.
I did update it to the latest one yesterday
