V4 News Fader 1.1.2

I have 4 or 5 containers and they all time perfectly one after the other. Then, after removing the Father's Day container, there is a long pause with a blank background. It's after the guest/register input if you check out my board.

Because you have an extra blank container you haven't deleted, I'm assuming?

Yes, I knew that was why. But couldn't figure out how to remove it.  But finally did. The "x" is just not in a spot I'm accustomed to ~ like in your Sidebar Redux. But I did find it.

1. How do I get the news fader to actually fade in V5 the way it did in V4? Currently, it's just an abrupt change.

Seems to be a problem specific to IE9 and IE10. I'll have a look at it.

Is there a setting or code to change the color of the message? I tried using BBCode but the code shows up in the message.

As stated in the lead post of this thread, you need to use HTML. There's no way to make BBCode work with the plugin, but HTML is much less restrictive.

This part of css coding you told us to put into the bottom of the style sheet for centering. 

.v4news > .title-bar { text-align: center; }

Well I found that all I had to do was use the < center > tags and it worked. However since I have now successfully changed my sidebar container titles to accept Edwardian Medium font and I really don't want to make a graphic title to match my category ones for the news fader title, I wondered if I could incorporate that above code into < style > tags and name the font to make it also show as Edwardian Medium? 

I tried it and it didn't work - any chance of pointing me in the right direction please? Thanks.

Try using this for the font?

.v4news > .title-bar h2

Every title bar in V5 typically uses a heading element. I always use <h2> in any plugins I make that contain a title bar, as that's the most common one.

I guess that would have to be put into all themes? I was trying to do it like the container bar titles and make it affect all themes at once... I tried putting the style tag that you told me to use before and it didn't work either. If it can't be done, I'll just keep the font as it currently is, but it sure would be nice to have it matching the side bar titles. I know I'm a pain, sorry.

Well, not getting it to work no matter where I put it. So I'm flummoxed and lost! Lol

Where did you put the code on your forum? I'll have a look at it.

Well right now it's nowhere! Lol I had originally put it into the global header between the style tags that you told me to put for the edwardian medium font... but I'm guessing that wasn't right... Should I put it back? I am SOOO bad at this! You have so much other stuff to deal with too, I feel horrible for annoying you.
