[Library Support] Pm Alerts

i have the pm alert plugin installed and every single time i get a message in the top left of the screen i have to click the "click here" option because it tells me "you currently won't be alerted about new pms unless you do one of these:" but i thought that was only supposed to happen if i declined to check the pm immediately. every time i check the pm immediately (using the option on the alert that comes up) that info still appears, making it so i have to click on it every single time. any way to make that stop? again, i thought that was only supposed to happen if you declined to check the pm using the alert.
