Category Image

I never linked the feature list on this one. I was planning to add background image support, however I dropped development of all of my plugins indefinitely due to time constraints. I'm currently not working on this any further, but if I do in the future, the feature may appear. In the mean time, if anyone wants to build this better, have at

Hi,

When I upload an image, the image repeats and covers the category title.

Do we have to create an image with the title?

I understood that the image would cover the category bar. I have no problem with that aside to figure out how to keep it from repeating. If anyone else knows how I might work this, It would be much appreciated. Thanks ahead of time.

Either stretch the image size yourself or apply css style repeat:no-repeat

Thanks for responding. I'll keep that in mind if I run across this issue again. (which I've seen that bit of code in other image codes. Yep, I'm trying to get the hang of this stuff.) Anyway, I came back in here today to post an update to my last comment.

Actually, I just found a plugin that Wormo did. It's found in the plugin library. It takes care of the repeat and has other feature options too.

After reading RedBassett's last post, I see Wormo took him up on it.

I'm not actively writing or maintaining ProBoards plugins, however the source for this plugin can be found on Github: github.com/redbassett/pbp_cat-image/tree/0.0.1-alpha

Feel free to use the code found there, or better yet, rebuild it from scratch.
