Custom Fields on New Profile Tab [library support]

now in the custom profile plugin, in the layout html, put this:

and in the user profile template, surround that template variable with

I just did, but it just changes the background color or something phrpg.freeforums.net/user/1/customtab

So that means it detects it, but it might a problem related to the skin that is wrong structurated?, maybe?

But as I said, this is not really important, I mean, if we can figure it out, it would be great, but it's not a big deal. The thing about the mp3 player and the custom profile fields on posts, in case it's possible, concerns me more

but it doesn't work either, I also want to add all the items from the monetary shop, and all the awards images from the awards plugin.

I have a few suggestions for this plugin, some that I have suggested before, but I recopilate it, since this plugin has been very helpful for me. Most of the things I'll suggest, will be rpg-focused.

- Allow certain types of HTML and other plugins content to be use (the mp3 player, money, items, awards), useful for profiles/applications.

- Allow multiple customtabs, and in case it's possible, the ability to change the url by whatever you want.

- In case it's possible, option to know when was the last time a customtab was modified (the personal custom profile fields edited by the users), similar as when you edit at post, at the bottom corner it says when was edited, and by whom.

- As en extra, but something very useful:

Create a customtab that works a register.

This would display a list, similar as the activity page on profiles, but the user can input content, similar as if you updated your profile status on any proboards forum, but once they input it, it cannot be deleted by users (but can be deleted by staff)

It would work similar like this:


- Field1 (What happened?): User must input a description of what he is saving to the register.
- Field2 (Proof): User must input a url proving his/her action.
- Field3 (Other): for whatever other purpose)
"Send Button"

User must input those three, and once he send it, it would appear below indicating the username, date, and all the content previously filled.

This, as I said, would work as a register for the user actions.

I hope you consider my suggestions when you got time.

I am having issues getting an image to load. What am I doing wrong with the field tag. Currently using it in place of where the url goes.

Either way, they are not working at the moment.

When I tried to put the same URL into a browser that you are using for the image URL, it loads a page not an image. I think its trying to keep you from hotlinking it. you might need to rehost it somewhere.

Could I have some help with this plugin. I want a section on each members profile to have an About section. A section where they can write anything. How can I do this with this plugin?

Do you already have the custom fields setup where they can type in their information?

You have to go into the admin panel and create the custom profile fields. Its under the members tab I believe.

I noticed that the custom tab only appears from the summary tab of the profile. It isn't that bad of a 'flaw,' but do you think it will ever be fixed, so that it will display regardless of what tab a user if viewing?
