Only if the user goes into desktop mode of the website. Otherwise what loki said

Ah.. yeah in THAT case its because you have disfigured the normal layout of the main page where it looks for last post. It assumes that last post cell contains a certain format in order to ascertain a thread id and then in the same cell a userlink.

Okay so if this is my last post cell

that should hopefully catch it

Well now its because the route name has been changed from "home" to "forum" and I didnt know about that.

I have functions only run on the pages they apply to to keep speed faster.  so display alter doesnt run on pages that dont have actual posts displaying and such.  the last post function was set to only run on home/thread listing type pages.  "forum" changed the value of the variable I was checking to determine that.

I also added in something that should catch thread summary.
