Bennett 🚀 Okay, just thought I would ask. I hate using tables rather than divs, but all of the members have been doing it for years, you know how it goes. I can fix it myself no problem, I just didn't want to have to do it every time by hand. Thank you though. Also, I thought I would mention that using inline styles for the divs works fine, but when you start using newclass instead, the gear button drop down doesn't work anymore. It's easy enough to get around -- just edit the post and remove the newclasses before deleting it -- but I thought I would mention it in case it's something you can fix. In case I'm not making any sense: [div style="whatever: 20px;"]blahblahblah[/div] works fine, but if you go the route of [div][attr="class","whatever"]blahblahblah[/div] [newclass=.whatever]whatever: 20px;[/newclass] you can't delete the post unless you edit the newclass values out. Curiously enough, if you leave the newclass blank [newclass=.whatever][/newclass] but leave the [attr ] in the post, the gear button will still work. This is from my tests in the latest versions of opera and chrome, and I have someone else on my board showing similar results in firefox. Wew... I hate bugs.. I'll look into it. EDIT: dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/28615422/Style%20Tag.pbpUpdated to fix that problem. mildred Boy_Wonder Berry Luna ashycat! habbue

Ty - I'm not sure if I'm doing any of my coding wrong but in div or out of div I still can't get the attr and things to work so I'm now waiting for a guide

ack. there seems to be another problem, and i'm not sure what's causing it. v.v im sorry Bennett 🚀i have the newest style tag plugin on my site, and everything works beautifully. however, when you go to "recent posts" something weird happens. vireximus.boards.net/posts/recenteverything shows up correctly until someone posts an ad with the url/img bbcode tags. then, all of the posts underneath that post that use the [attr] tag kind of "break." they dont actually break, but in the recent posts they appear broken. its not a HUGE deal of course, but i figured i'd ask (especially if it ends up being something dumb i did.) THANK YOU so much!

THANK YOU so much! I'll be fixing that in the next update. The code is looking for a link in the mini profile, and it'll break if there is a guest in the thread. So I'll update that today and submit it to the library again. habbue: It's been submitted to the library, so I'll let you know when it's accepted.

Bennett 🚀 so I have a inquiry. I've converted my original hover code. Well in the original styes, my original portion of the box that would be used for hovers, was height: 100px; width: 280px; and with the newclass codes, it would - allow a scroll because of the overflow:auto; original code: [newclass=boo:hover}float: down; height: 164px; width: 320px; background-color: #transparent; transition: 0.8s; -moz-transition: 0.8s; -webkit-transition: 0.8s; overflow: hidden; text-align: justify;{/newclass] Now in the new one. When I implement it similarly as I had, with the height of the box in original code width:200px;height:120px;overflow:auto; blah blah all of it works BUT. when I hover over it and if I don't FREQUENTLY adjust in the newclass=".boo:hover" the height - it will cut off the text and I will have to - continuously adjust for each - hover element. [newclass=".boo:hover"} height: 200px; padding: 10px; float: down; background-color: #transparent; transition: 0.8s; -moz-transition: 0.8s; -webkit-transition: 0.8s; text-align: justify; position: relative; overflow: hidden; margin-bottom: 10px;{/newclass] which is kind of tedious. Especially as I have numerous elements in need for the same hover type in a single thread, but not all the same height.

Especially as I have numerous elements in need for the same hover type in a single thread, but not all the same height. Firstly, float: down; is not a proper css value. Secondly, do you have a link to the site in question? Thirdly, do you have any styling for the .boo?
