At the top of the site ((Sorry delayed)) to the right there's a 'Infocenter & Chat' toggle button

Found another bug but it might be only because of how the skin is coded etc shieldrp.com/thread/23/items-sale < when that displays normally it shows fine After you click on infocenter and chat tab and close it again it shows the coding instead After reviewing your tabs, I am beginning to think I did mine wrong. My tabs are within my created posts. They are not on top. They do not open up and contain content like yours.

At the top of the site ((Sorry delayed)) to the right there's a 'Infocenter & Chat' toggle button where did the code come that shows/hides the chatbox and all that? its basically telling the page to reload behind it without running any plugins. my plugin is actually working on the initial pageload, but the tab code you have for some reason causes the page to reload AGAIN

That's the actual code - is it the a link causing this? Worked it out - yes it was changing a to div worked ((Getting rid of href=# as well ))

Wormopolis, your plugin works. I am using them on http:// lightblue.boards.net. When I saw Bronzed' Hawkeye's tabbed posts I wondered if I did mine correctly. Bronzed' Hawkeye explained that his code was different from my code.
I do apologize for any misunderstanding or confusion.

just wanted to post 2 issues first off: tabs don't work properly in IE8. (if needed, you should do an IE8 (and under) support check here) ^ if you're not sure how, I have a code that fixes my BG image in 8 and under anyways... here's what happens: FF: lh5.ggpht.com/-CJE5XfVIzp4/UiUW6ODXfiI/AAAAAAAAE_I/lYYv83m3ccw/w1400/FF_PT.PNGIE8: lh4.ggpht.com/-jC0waH5cqFc/UiUW6OtiW2I/AAAAAAAAE_I/bNTidNj94fg/w1400/IE8_PT.PNG^only the first tab displays and if you didn't notice the 2nd issue, it's the black border around the entire thing (I want no border) and also the spacing of the tabs area between the header and the content (I want no spacing) if I could be added to the development list for your plugin, I could help you with that. as well as a GUI for styling preferences instead of hacking the forum's CSS

I checked it in IE9 and it worked. I know it would everyone happy, but Im not going to make sure a plugin works on every previous version of every browser. I can play around with compatibility mode in IE9, but if I cant make it work, Im not going to lose sleep over it.
Im also probably not going tot work up an entire GUI for every style aspect of the table and every cell on it since it supports inline styles in the tags themselves. if I do a GUI, then I get besieged with requests to add more and more options to the GUI just to cover the myriad of styling everyone wants.. then next its a way to make a thousand different stylings for each different table in each different post but totally different in each different theme.
no.
inline styling allows you to add in everything you could possibly need in there. including changing the default 3px of padding around each of the cells.

Ah ok question... I would like to change the tabs per posting template, using bb/css styling options so that the tabs match whatever color scheme for the posting templates i'd be using.
So my question is, 1) the css you added to your first post. That goes in the css in the admin area yes? because I tried tags ["background-color:white;"] in the actual post and nothing happened. I then {did the css for it} and neither worked in the actual post. 2) Is there a way to get the tabbed info to change, in a post using the style tags please?
