Your forum membership needs to be reindexed and one of the admins in the support board can do this for you if you provide them with a forum url so they know which one to reindex. The member lookup is relying on an old index which for whatever reason hasn't been automatically updating for your particular form so create a thread in the Support Board requesting that your forum be reindexed for users

Hi lily96
Plugins do not load on the mobile version of the forum. This is so that plugins containing much more bandwidth-intensive material do not consume as much of the data available on users' mobile plans. If your forum is going to run in a way that is dependent on a plugin's functionality working during every post you may want to consider this before requesting that plugin's creation. This will be changing in the next version but for now that is a limitation of Proboards version 5
- A forum url (guest viewable) where the plugin is installed and configured would be necessary for diagnosis

You can ask one of the admins ( Brian is online) to take a look if they're not too busy, they can get in regardless

lily96: According to the plugin settings you haven't filled out the Approved By section which determines who can approve quarantined posts. All the other sections where you listed them only allow those particular users to circumvent the quarantine on their own posts and to approve quarantines imposed by a thread's author, a feature you currently have disabled.

do you know when the next version will be coming out? we have a sensitive material platform and we want to ensure everyone feeling safe on it

There has been no set date for the V6 release (it's still under development) but you can keep an eye on the progress by taking a peek in the development blog board or for even more detail check out the V6 Public Feature Countdown

Hi Brian, I want my moderators to get a notification sort of a thing when they log in, on the posts that are quarantined to be approved/disapproved etc. Would it be possible for my moderators to see/get the Quarantine Post option in the menu bar on the top? P.S.: I have installed the "POST QUARANTINE" Plug-in.
