That's just to update their content. It's supposed to happen.

I had to update everyone's content, the easiest and most simple way was to alert them and do all the update stuff when the clicked the "ok" button. So, don't worry about it, it's all part of the plan.

Could you make it where when someone attempts to buy something they can't afford it says 'You need y more (currency name) to buy this item." Y = How much more needed.

Texas There's no Give Items option for members who have no shop items in their profile. Is that normal?

Hi texas I updated the shop on my forum, I added the Categories as should be, but when I go to the shop, its blank: thecommonwealthofkin.proboards.com/?shop

Is there maybe a reason for this? I followed the instructions correctly when I updated the plugin, and the info I had got carried over, but the Category fields were all empty... Did I do something wrong?

Lalucia: You need to set the width and height for the item boxes to be bigger than 6px (the current settings you have set it to 6px). It's under the Shop Config. tab of the plugins user interface. I recommend a value of at least 100 but around 200 is ideal.

btw Texas - can I suggest in the float you set a max-width and max-height to ensure all the shop-items float without going higgledypiggledy? I added that in myself and it fixed that problem

I used 100, 200 and then 300 but it still doesn't seem to be working...

Any other ideas?

Your categories are set to be hidden by default. So you have to click on them to show the stuff. You can change that under the Misc. tab on the user interface.

lol Yes, I've already removed that... Its still not allowing me to view it. This happened after the update.

Okay, I have a slightly different problem from the above. I updated my shop yesterday, and everything went wonky. I've seen some example of how it's suppose to look on other boards, but mine is all kinds of busted.

 Originally updated it, re-did the categories. Only two of the categories had the items in them show up at all and when they do they're all busted; lined up right underneath one another instead of side-by-side like I've seen on other boards. And when I look at the shop in Chrome it has different items show up than when I look at it in FireFox. No idea why. I was messing around with the ID#'s a second ago, shortening them thinking I had them spread over too large a range, and that just broke it even further with nothing at all showing up, even the return box. 

I even set the item dimensions to 200 x 200 like you recommended above but that didn't change anything at all.

I'm not using any custom formatting or skins and the only plugin's I have installed on the board are yootil, the monetary system, gold shop, and sidebar redux. I tried disabling the sidebar to see if that was interfering with something but it had no effect at all. Losing my mind because everything I try to change seems to just break it even more.
