Found it! When you mentioned the <br> tag I went and pulled up the templates for the Quick Reply on two forums the one that was wrong and the other that was right and started working line per line to see if I could fine just such and sure enough why I don't have a clue but there was a not needed <br> tag.

Removed it and all is well!

Edit:  Hey Wormopolis I just noticed something? When you click on the Post Moods button in either place, Reply or Quick Reply the title says Images in Thread Titles.

Did you mean for it to say that rather than Post Mood Images?  I thought you may have crossed it up with the other plugin?

yeah probably.  I reused the code so I probably forgot to change the title of the box.  noted for next update.  thank you.

Just curious about a possible change on this great plugin. When you put a mood image in it works great and I love the drop downs now so one can see the image. But if you come back to edit a page later with a post mood image you chose earlier in place it's not editable?

Is it possible to change this plugin to make it where the post mood buttons appear on the edit page as well?

not sure yet.  probably possible, but I want to say I thought it was part of the original code to not let the mood get changed on edit.  justification being its supposed to be your mood when you post.  not your mood later when you edit the post.

well if you are looking for something that shows a mood regardless of posting, there is a profile mood plugin.

do you have the plugin loaded twice? do you have a template mod on the mini-profile?

I don't quite understand how to make another path for members? If I put a URL in for other members to have their own path in the Custom User Path the only way I can put the  Title Image of the URL say like "Monster" is to use the Default Image Title spot where I put the titles in for my default. I then add the member so they can use the Title Images they give to me.

But when they hit the Post Mood button and the drop down appears for them to select a mood their title images are indeed in the drop down but the Title Images of the Default Image group is still listed but with not image, just the text title and a X where the image was?

I thought if you used the custom mood drop down the default drop down would disappear? What am I doing wrong? Or is it made for members to have the default moods and their own custom moods added to the default mood together? If this is the case then the only way to make the default mood disappear would be to have a separate Title Image spot along with the default one too?

The custom path allows for them to have a set of their own images, but all the images have to be named the same as the mood (as in mad.jpg and happy.jpg) and all of them have to be in the same folder on whatever storing site. They also all have to be that file type.

The drop down should populate with their own images if they have them all.

I want Custom banners built in for a universal option for all my members, so they can have it just below thier Avatar. I have some made already, but I can't get your program to work, and I know its because i have no clue what to do.

Well the photobucket account that used to hold all the default images is probably no longer valid.  did you host a new set somewhere?

I just did the plug in. I wouldn't host a new set.

Right so your issue might be that the gallery that used to store all the default images is no longer serving. If you get the drop down on the posting page but the avatar doesnt change on viewing the post, Its likely that.
If you want to host your own set of images I believe there are instructions for that. I will ask if I can move images to the plugin settings itself but
1. I dont have the original images on hard drive anymore since the PC I used is no longer in existence. Im not sure I can gain access to the old photobucket account to even download back the images I stored there
2. I dont know if there is a max allowed images for each plugin
3. The code was written to expect a pathname and using the plugin storage would negate that

I'm not technical to create my own plugins or even themes. Maybe another time I'll learn it. I'll just delete this plugin. Thanks for getting back to me!
